Good on ya for setting a goal like running a marathon. Even if you don’t make it, the effort is worth it. I’ve been thinking about trying to do some mountain bike races this coming summer but haven’t yet committed.

bank of america — don’t go there! You will be feed to death, this fee, that fee, they are famous for charging the consumer with exhorbitant fees. Also, their customer service is terrible. A friend of mine had $250 charged on his credit card without his signature in April and he is still getting the runaround. He asked for a copy and sure enough, it was not his signature. The address on the bill of sale was not his, it had been scratched out. The purchase was for women’s sunglasses. Don’t you think BOA could resolve this quickly? How does one file a complaint? I would think if the locale bank manager couldn’t resolve this, my friend should put his complaint in writing. Any comments. Similar experiences?
