Here it is.  Time again for a little trip through culinary insanity.  There is nothing sane about my Thanksgiving dinner, and this is the most out of control year yet.  I am making an Asian inspired menu this year, and since I know little about preparing this kind of food, so the whole thing is bound to be a disaster.  There is a small chance of perfection, but I don’t hold out high hopes.  I bet you’re excited to find out more!

last year was Italian, and I have done German, Southwest, and gourmet American before.  All with some successes and some failures.  This year I hope for the same.  I think I have in the neighborhood of thirty-five dishes to prepare (a new record).  Some things will be made ahead, but I’m sure there will be enough to drive me to insanity on Thanksgiving day.
